Cyclist killed in collision with gas tanker in Hetauda



HETAUDA: An accident occurred last night near Gorakseshwar Temple in Hetauda sub-metropolitan city, resulting in the death of a cyclist.

Ramesh Pandey, a 60-year-old resident of Thanabharyang, was struck by a gas bullet tanker (license plate NL 01 L 9026).

According to the District Police Office Makwanpur, Pandey sustained severe injuries from the collision and succumbed to his injuries while being transported to Hetauda Hospital for medical treatment.

In the aftermath of the incident, authorities have taken both the gas tanker and its driver into custody, launching an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the fatal accident.
