The Division said that the weather has undergone a complete transformation since morning, with clouds dominating the sky.

Heavy rainfall is expected in the Valley after 2 pm, it said adding that the likelihood of sunshine is minimal today in Kathmandu.

The absence of sunlight is expected to bring a slight chill to the afternoon temperatures in Kathmandu Valley.

Consequently, the maximum temperature is projected to be marginally lower than usual.

Meanwhile, the maximum temperature in Kathmandu Valley could range between 19 to 21 degrees Celsius.

This marks a decrease from Tuesday’s maximum temperature of 23.2 degrees Celsius.
