Nepal A chooses to field first after winning toss against Canada XI

KATHMANDU: Nepal A has won the toss and elected to bowl first in the second match of the Nepal Canada ODI Series.

Following a narrow defeat against Canada in the series opener, Nepal A is determined to bounce back and secure its maiden victory in the ongoing three-match series.

The match is scheduled to take place at the Mulpani Cricket Ground in Kathmandu, with the series finale slated for Thursday, February 22nd.

Captain Binod Bhandari leads the Nepal A team, supported by coaches Gyanendra Malla and Kamal Ali. The team comprises players who have demonstrated their prowess in both the Prime Minister’s Cup cricket and the U-19 World Cup.

In the previous encounter at Mulpani Cricket Ground, Canada emerged victorious with a four-wicket win over Nepal.
