KATHMANDU: Most foreign currencies have appreciated, including pound sterling, Australian dollar, and Bahraini dinar, while some, such as the euro and US dollar have slightly depreciated on Saturday.

According to the exchange rates published by Nepal Rastra Bank, the buying rate for one US dollar is 134.21 rupees, with a selling rate of 134.81 rupees.

This reflects a slight decrease from yesterday’s buying rate of 134.22 rupees and selling rate of 134.82 rupees.

The buying rate of the European Euro is 145.54 rupees and the selling rate is 146.19 rupees, the buying rate of the UK Pound Sterling is 175.07 rupees and the selling rate is 175.85 rupees, the buying rate of the Swiss Franc is 154.97 rupees and the selling price has been fixed at 155.66 rupees.

The buying rate of one Australian dollar is 90.05 rupees and the selling rate is 90.46 rupees, the buying rate of one Canadian dollar is 97.31 rupees and the selling rate is 97.75 rupees, the buying rate of one Singapore dollar is 127.27 rupees and the selling rate is 112.73 rupees.

The buying rate of Japanese yen 10 is 8.95 rupees and the selling rate is 8.99 rupees. The buying rate of one Saudi Arabian riyal is 35.73 rupees and the selling rate is 35.97 rupees.

For the Qatari riyal, the buying rate has remained at 36.81 rupees and the selling rate has remained at 36.97 rupees.
