KATHMANDU: In the ICC Cricket World Cup League-2 match held on Monday in the TU Cricket Ground, Kirtipur, the Netherlands secured victory by defeating Namibia by 7 wickets.

Chasing Namibia’s target of 124 runs, Netherlands successfully achieved the goal by losing only 3 wickets in 27.2 overs.

Earlier, Namibia had set a target of 124 runs, and Netherlands managed to reach it with ease.

Aryan Dutt, the bowler from Netherlands, played a crucial role in dismantling Namibia’s batting lineup, taking the highest 6 wickets.

Aryan claimed 6 wickets in 9 overs, giving away 34 runs.

With this win, Netherlands has earned 2 points in League-2.
