Gold prices soar to record high



KATHMANDU: The price of gold has reached a new record today.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Traders, the price of gold rose by 2,000 rupees on Friday, reaching an all-time high of 164,400 rupees per tola.

This increase follows Thursday’s trading price of 162,400 rupees per tola.

Additionally, the price of silver has also risen today, increasing by 30 rupees to 1,980 rupees per tola, according to the Federation.
