RSP leads PR vote count with over 1 million votes



KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has crossed the one million mark in the proportional representation (PR) vote count.

According to the latest update, a total of 1,979,181 votes have been counted so far under the PR system, of which RSP has secured 1,016,677 votes.

Similarly, the Nepali Congress has received 337,732 votes, while CPN-UML has secured 269,700 votes. The Nepali Communist Party has received 118,920 votes.

The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has garnered 73,181 votes, the Shram Sanskriti Party 42,787 votes, and the Rastriya Pariwartan Party 23,624 votes.

Likewise, the Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal has received 13,689 votes, the Nepal Workers and Peasants Party 9,758 votes, the Rastriya Mukti Party Nepal 9,121 votes, the Janamat Party 8,603 votes, the Rastriya Janamorcha 5,550 votes, and the Rastra Nirman Dal Nepal 5,525 votes.
