An arrest warrant has been issued against Durga Prasai, the director of B&C Medical College, Jhapa.
The bench of Kathmandu District Court Judge Mahendra Khanal has issued arrest warrants against three people, including Prasai on Wednesday, according to Registrar at the court Ramu Sharma.
Along with Prasain, a warrant has been issued against YouTuber Jeevan Pandey and Durga Khanal for on charges of violating the Electronic Transactions Act.
