DHANUSHA: Chief Minister of Madhes province, Satish Kumar Singh, has inspected the under construction building of Maithili Development Trust (MDT) today.
The building of the Trust is being constructed on five kaththas of land at Janakpurdham sub-metropolis-8 at a cost of Rs 70 million of Madhes province government.
Trust Chairperson Jibnath Chaudhary, member of Madhes Province Assembly Ram Saroj Yadav, Vice-President of Nepali Congress, Dhanusha, Ganesh Jha, among others were present on the occasion.
The building will have cultural museum, library, Mithila folk painting training centre, art exhibition gallery, seminar hall, among others.
The Trust has already published more than 10 books related with Maithili language and literature.
