Today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Rastra Bank has announced the foreign currency exchange rates for today (Wednesday).

The value of most foreign currencies, including the US dollar, Euro, Australian dollar, and Dinar, has decreased today. However, the value of the pound sterling has increased.

According to the exchange rates published by Nepal Rastra Bank, the buying rate for one US dollar is 134.17 rupees, while the selling rate is 134.77 rupees.

This reflects a slight decrease from yesterday’s buying rate of 134.20 rupees and selling rate of 134.80 rupees, marking a minor dip after three days of stability.

For the Euro, today’s buying rate remains at 146.24 rupees, with a selling rate of 147.89 rupees. In comparison, yesterday’s rates were 146.49 rupees for buying and 147.14 rupees for selling.

The buying rate for one pound sterling today is 175.50 rupees, while the selling rate is 176.29 rupees. Yesterday, the pound was bought at 175.08 rupees and sold at 175.87 rupees.

Additionally, the buying rate for one Australian dollar today is 90.05 rupees, with a selling rate of 90.45 rupees. This is a decrease from yesterday’s buying rate of 90.12 rupees and selling rate of 90.52 rupees.

Similarly, the buying rate for one Kuwaiti dinar remains at 437.45 rupees, with a selling rate of 439.41 rupees. Yesterday, the rates were 437.49 rupees for buying and 439.45 rupees for selling.

Likewise, the buying rate for one Bahraini dinar today is 355.88 rupees, and the selling rate is 357.47 rupees, compared to yesterday’s buying rate of 355.97 rupees and selling rate of 357.56 rupees.
