This pattern is expected to continue throughout the afternoon.

There is also a chance of heavy rain this afternoon in isolated areas of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Karnali provinces.

The Division has also warned of potential windstorms in certain areas of the Terai and Madhesh provinces of Koshi.

Tonight, the weather is likely to remain partly to mostly cloudy across the country.
