Property worth Rs 3 million lost in Rajbiraj tailor shop fire



RAJBIRAJ: A devastating fire engulfed Krishna Ladies and Gents Tailors in Saptari district this morning, reducing property valued at Rs 3 million to ashes. The tailor shop, situated on Rupani road in Rajbiraj, fell victim to the blaze.

Proprietor Rohit Kumar Sah reported that the fire ravaged 19 sewing machines, four electric machines, and clothing belonging to customers.

The cause of the fire remains unknown at this time. Local residents, along with assistance from the police and fire engines dispatched from Rajbiraj, worked tirelessly to extinguish the flames.

An investigation into the incident is currently underway, as confirmed by the District Police Office.
