BARDIYA: A 20-year-old person, Santaram Tharu, a resident of Bardiya, was arrested by the police on Sunday evening on charges of raping a 16-year-old girl in Bardiya.
The police at the Katrniyaghat police station arrested him based on a complaint that he raped the girl on Saturday night on the road from Dhadwar to Gumasta village in Municipality-10 Gumasta.
