Baral elected President of Engineers’ Association



KATHMANDU: Subash Chandra Baral has been elected as the President of Nepal Engineers’ Association.

According to the election results held last night, Baral defeated his opponent Bishnu Prasad Pandey by 2,072 votes.

According to the election committee, Prakash KC was elected as the vice president, Binod Prakash Pandit as the general secretary, Anil Manandhar as the deputy general secretary, Suman Thapa as the treasurer and Krishna Prasad Pokharel as the co-treasurer.

Similarly, Ramkrishna Paudel, Prabhuram Pokharel, Emendra Gurung, Anil Paudel, Sanjay Kumar Shah, Netra Prasad Devkota, Bhairav Dhital, Sujan Shrestha, Lokendra Adhikari, Bikram Kumar Das, Priyanka Gupta and Jayakisun Rai have been elected as members.
