SC Justice Anand Mohan Bhattarai retires today



KATHMANDU: Supreme Court (SC) Justice Dr. Ananda Mohan Bhattarai is retiring today.

According to sources from the Supreme Court, he is being retired as he reaches the age limit.

There’s a constitutional provision stating that Supreme Court judges can serve only until the age of 65.

Dr. Bhattarai joined the justice service cadre in 2073BS and became a Supreme Court judge.

With eight years of service in the Supreme Court, he is renowned as a judge of impeccable integrity.
