Former DIG Kharel files corruption case against NEA Managing Director Ghising

KATHMANDU: Former Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Nepal Police, Ramesh Kharel, has filed a corruption case against the Managing Director of the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), Kul Man Ghising.

Kharel submitted the case to the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) today, accusing Ghising of corruption related to Power Purchase Agreements.
