Five killed in Baglung van accident

BAGLUNG: Five people, including the driver, were killed when a pickup van, en route from Chishti in Jaimini Municipality-8 to Baglung Bazaar, crashed near Byarthala in Jaimini-7, Jaidi, this morning.

According to Police Inspector and Information Officer at the District Police Office, Keshav Thapa, the van plunged more than 100 meters off the road.

One person was rescued alive from the wreckage. Authorities are awaiting further details on the incident.
