Gold prices remain steady, silver sees decline



KATHMANDU: On Wednesday, the price of gold in Kathmandu remained steady.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of fine gold is Rs 144,100 per tola, while standard gold is trading at Rs 143,400 per tola.

In contrast, the price of silver decreased by Rs 15 per tola, bringing it to Rs 1,870 per tola.

For reference, one tola is approximately 11.66 grams.
