One killed, two injured in Triyuga landslide



UDAYAPUR: A person died and two others have been injured due to a landslide triggered by incessant rain since last night at Toribari, Triyuga municipality-15.

The District Police Office stated that eight-year-old Rupkala Magar died while 40-year-old Hira Maya Magar and her seven-year-old son Yogesh Magar have been hurt in the disaster.

Hira and Yogesh, who were critically injured in the incident, are undergoing treatment at a local hospital.

The landslide has buried four houses and five other houses are at high risk at Toribari.
