KATHMANDU: The Nepal Rastra Bank has released the foreign currency exchange rates for today, Tuesday.

Today, the value of the US dollar increased slightly, while most foreign currencies, including the Euro, Pound, Australian Dollar, and Dinar, saw a decline. This trend follows a decrease in these currencies’ values yesterday as well.

According to the rates published by Nepal Rastra Bank, the buying rate for one US dollar today is 134.07 rupees, while the selling rate is 134.67 rupees.

In comparison, yesterday’s rates were 134.06 rupees for buying and 134.66 rupees for selling.

The US dollar, which had remained stable for the past three days, experienced a slight rise today.

For the Euro, the buying rate remains at 147.11 rupees and the selling rate at 147.77 rupees today. Yesterday, the rates were 147.16 rupees for buying and 147.82 rupees for selling.

The buying rate for one pound sterling today is 175.33 rupees, with a selling rate of 176.11 rupees. Yesterday, the buying rate was 175.88 rupees and the selling rate was 176.67 rupees.

For the Australian dollar, today’s buying rate is 91.00 rupees and the selling rate is 91.41 rupees. Yesterday, these rates were 91.11 rupees for buying and 91.52 rupees for selling.

Additionally, the buying rate for one Kuwaiti dinar is 437.57 rupees, with a selling rate of 439.52 rupees today. Yesterday’s rates were 438.53 rupees for buying and 440.50 rupees for selling.

Meanwhile, for the Bahraini dinar, the buying rate is 355.57 rupees and the selling rate is 357.16 rupees today, compared to yesterday’s rates of 355.60 rupees for buying and 357.19 rupees for selling.
