Singer Rajesh Payal Rai
KATHMANDU: Singer Rajesh Payal Rai was arrested by the police last night.
Rai was along with two others, on charges of creating disturbances and consuming alcohol, according to the police.
The arrest took place near Madan Bhandari College in Kathmandu, as confirmed by the police.
In total, the police apprehended 172 individuals across the Kathmandu Valley last night alone.
