KATHMANDU: Former King Gyanendra Shah and his wife Komal Shah are set to visit Chitwan next week.

As per the information publicly disclosed by the former King’s Secretariat, the royal couple is scheduled to embark on a visit to Chitwan in the upcoming week.

Former King Shah has increased his public engagements of late.

Prior to this, he was actively involved in a tour of Madhes province.

His heightened activity has drawn sharp comments from political leaders within the party.

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has also declared his commitment to thoroughly investigate the palace massacre incident.
