Russian Prime Minister Mishustin congratulates Prime Minister Shah



KATHMANDU: Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has extended congratulations to Prime Minister Balendra Shah on his appointment as the Prime Minister of Nepal.

In a message addressed to Shah, Mishustin conveyed his greetings on behalf of the Government of the Russian Federation as well as personally, marking Shah’s assumption of office.

Expressing confidence in continued cooperation, Mishustin said Shah’s leadership would help further strengthen Nepal–Russia relations based on friendship, mutual respect, and shared interests.

He also emphasized that constructive engagement at the governmental level would contribute to expanding trade, economic, investment, cultural, and humanitarian ties between the two countries.

Mishustin further noted that such cooperation serves the long-term interests of both nations and wished Prime Minister Shah good health, happiness, and success in fulfilling his responsibilities.
