Gold price up by Rs 1,600 per tola today

KATHMANDU: The price of gold increased by Rs 1,600 per tola in the domestic market today.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, fine gold is now priced at Rs 149,400 per tola, while standard gold is trading at Rs 148,700 per tola.

On Tuesday, the price of fine gold was Rs 147,800 per tola while standard gold was traded at Rs 147,100 per tola.

In addition, the price of silver today is Rs 1,800 per tola.

For reference, a tola is approximately 11.66 grams.
