Nepal can export Himalayan water: Minister Yadav

KATHMANDU: Minister for Drinking Water Pradip Yadav has said the Himalayan water can be exported from Nepal.

Addressing a session of the Ministry’s annual review meeting, Minister Yadav said Nepal should seriously think the ideas for the export of the Himalayan water to the third countries.

Likewise, Minister Yadav asked the officials of the ministry and its line agencies to ensure prompt service delivery.

He also directed the officials to be result-oriented. “There will be a review of the officials’ performance,” Minister Yadav added.
