We will launch ‘Education, Earning and Health Care’ campaign: CM Rawal

MAHENDRANAGAR: Chief Minister of Sudurpaschim province Rajendra Singh Rawal has said the provincial government will initiate the ‘Education, Earning and Health Care’ campaign.

Chief Minister Rawal said so during the monitoring of the Mahakali Provincial Hospital at Mahendranagar.

He said the campaign will be conducted in every village in the province. “The province government has not got the full shape at present.

We will pursue this campaign after taking the vote of confidence,” the Chief Minister said, adding that the provincial government will also pay attention to conservation of the natural and cultural heritages in the province.

He also underscored the need of excavation of the many mineral deposits in Sudurpaschim.

Chief Minister Rawal said he will make initiatives for mobilising support from the federal government for starting dialysis and CT scan services at the Provincial Hospital.

Chairperson of the Mahakali Provincial Hospital Management Committee, Krishna Nanda Bhatta said the hospital is facing a dearth of human resources due to which its services were affected.

“We lack the required human resources to run all services at the hospital. We are not even in a position to pay the existing human resources,” he said referring to the difficulties the provincial hospital was facing.

Bhatta called for promptly addressing the problem of financial and human resources crunch the hospital was facing.
