Gold price touches highest level ever of Rs 117,000 per tola today



KATHMANDU: Gold price reached Rs 117,000 per tola, a record high in the Nepali market today (Sunday).

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of fine gold has been fixed at Rs 117,000 per tola and standard gold is traded at Rs 116,450 per tola.

The precious yellow metal was valued at Rs. 116,000 per tola, and standard gold at Rs. 114,450 per tola on Friday.

Similarly, the price of silver is fixed at Rs 1,415 per tola today.

The Federation fixes the prices of gold and silver in the domestic market on a daily basis based on the price rates in the international market.
