Rabi to meet PM Sushila Karki after releasing from jail



KATHMANDU: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chair Rabi Lamichhane is scheduled to meet Prime Minister Sushila Karki on Sunday evening.

According to the Prime Minister’s press adviser Ram Bahadur Rawal, Lamichhane, along with his team, will meet the Prime Minister at Baluwatar at 6:30 pm.

Lamichhane was released on bail on Friday in connection with the cooperative fraud case.

Following his release from Nakhu Prison, he visited the party’s central office earlier today and addressed a central committee meeting.

Rawal said the meeting will focus on issues related to the upcoming election and other contemporary political matters.
