We jumped into the war against corruption, don’t know when we will be ambushed : PM Dahal

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister and CPN Maoist-Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said that he jumped into the fight against corruption like a people’s war.

Addressing the 21st Krishna Sen ‘Ichhchhuk’ Memorial Day on Saturday, the Prime Minister compared the ongoing campaign against corruption with the people’s war and said that as in people’s war days, they are surrounded by the enemy all around and were likely to be attacked from all sides.

“We were under the sword during the people’s war and could be killed at any time, we are in a similar situation while launching the war against corruption now,” the PM said.

Prime Minister Dahal claimed that the people will support the movement against corruption.
