Dr Raut meets loan-sharking victims in Matatirtha



KATHMANDU: The Janamat Party chairman Dr. CK Raut Raut has reached Matatirtha, Kathmandu to meet the usury victims on Monday.

According to sources, the Janamat Party chair promised to facilitate accommodation and food for the victims while in Kathmandu.

He also expressed his commitment to bringing justice to the loan-sharking victims.

“We are concerned about the issue the loan-sharking victims have raised, we will try our best to ensure justice to the victims, provided the government does not heed the gravity of the situation our party will raise its voice against it,” Dr. Raut said.

The loan-sharking victims, who traveled from Bardibas in Mahottari to Kathmandu have arrived at Matatirtha on Monday.
