Nepal-South Korea relations a bond forged by common values: Ambassador Tae-young

KATHMANDU: South Korean Ambassador to Nepal, Park Tae-young has said that the relationship between South Korea and Nepal is not merely diplomatic but a bond forged by common values, shared experiences, and understanding culture.

“It is our sincere wish that your interest and understanding in Korean culture will become the solid foundation for strengthening exchanges and cooperation between Korea and Nepal,” he said.

Speaking at the Korean Culture Night in Kathmandu, he stated that the Korean Embassy in Nepal is eager to recognize and encourage Nepali people’s enthusiastic interest in Korean culture by organizing various cultural events every year.

Korean Culture Night is an event annually to showcase various aspects of Korean culture with Nepali people organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Nepal since 2014.
