Pokhara Int’l Airport to see first international flight today

KATHMANDU: The first international commercial aircraft is landing at Pokhara International Airport today.

The narrow body A319 of Sichuan Airlines from Chhendu, China will land at Pokhara International Airport at 9:30 today morning.

The aircraft will land at the airport carrying 130 passengers, including Chairman of the National Assembly Ganesh Prasad Timilsina.

The ship will return to Kathmandu at 11 am.

Pokhara International Airport came into operation on January 1, 2023.
