Janamat party will decide on ruling coalition support by Sunday: Minister Khan

KATHMANDU: Janamat Party lawmaker and Minister without portfolio Abdur Khan said his party would decide whether to continue the support to government or discard it by Sunday.

Speaking to reporters at the Parliament Building premises in New Baneshwar on Saturday, he said that the ruling coalition parties have assured that their (Janamat Party’s) demands will be met by tomorrow.

“We are given an assurance to address our concern by tomorrow, and the final decision will be made tomorrow,” Minister Khan said.

Janamat party, one of the parties in the ruling coalition, is dissatisfied at the allocation of the ministries and has refused to take the responsibilities of the ministry assigned to its minister saying the allocation is humiliating.
