TANAHUN: An agro-tourism road linking three local-level units in Tanahun has been blacktopped.
The road has established a linkage between Byas, Myagde and Bhimad municipalities.
As informed, blacktopping was done along the Lochadanda agro-tourism road connecting Byas municipality-5, Manungkot, Myagde rural municipality-1, Dharadi and Bhimad municipality’s border.
The Infrastructure Development Office, Tanahun under the Gandaki Province Ministry of Physical Infrastructure Development and Transport Management executed the road project.
Engineer Homnath Gautam told RSS that blacktopping was undertaken in 1,300 meters out of around 22 km stretch while RCC was done along 200 meters of the road.
Folks of three local level units will benefit from the linking agro-tourism road. Locals were elated to get liberated from dust and mud with the blacktopping of the road.
