Hari Krishna Karki unanimously endorsed as Chief Justice



KATHMANDU: Hari Krishna Karki has been unanimously approved as Chief Justice (CJ) on Friday.

The Parliamentary Hearing Committee on Friday morning unanimously approved Karki’s name as Chief Justice.

Karki was recommended as Chief Justice on May 8, 2023.

Since the Parliamentary Hearing Committee was not formed during that time, his trial started on Thursday.

Karki presented his annual action plan on Thursday.

President Ram Chandra Paudel will appoint Karki as the new Chief Justice.
