Tanahu bus mishap injures 27

DAMAULI: 27 people were injured when a bus heading to Kathmandu from Pokhara met with an accident at Byas-5, Sirdi, Tanahu this morning.

According to Tanahu police source, Ga 1 kha 9635 which went out of control at Sirdi fell 50 meters down of road.
A police team under the leadership of SP Avadesh Bista has been deployed for rescue efforts.
Nine of the injured have been ‘referred’ to Pokhara for further treatment, while the other injured are being treated at a hospital in Damauli, Police Inspector Rajkumar BK informed.
