Bus coming from Jomsom to Pokhara plunges into Kaligandaki



POKHARA: 17 people, including 2 Indians, were injured when a bus coming to Pokhara from Jomsom fell into the Kaligandaki River near Thasang Rural Municipality-3 on Wednesday.

Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Rabindranath Paudel said that the bus (Na 7 Kha 7440 fell into the river injuring all passengers.

The bus fell some 45 meters down the road.

The injured passengers have been sent to Pokhara by ambulance for further treatment.
