KAILALI: Suspended member of the House of Representatives, Arun Chaudhary, is being produced before the Kailali District Court Kailali for a statement today.
Chowdhury, elected from Kailali 2, was arrested from Banke on February 2.
A bench of justice Desh Bahadur Sarki had earlier issued an order to produce Chaudhary in the district court for a statement.
Chaudhary, a lawmaker of Nagarik Unmukti Party, will give his statement through video from Kailali Court in the case which is being heard in Dipayal High Court.
