KATHMANDU: The meeting of the House of Representatives scheduled for Wednesday has been postponed.

Wednesday’s meeting was postponed due to the untimely demise of Constituent Assembly Chairman and former Speaker Subas Chandra Nembang.

Nemwang, who is also a member of the House of Representatives, died last night during treatment due to a heart attack.

According to the General Secretary of the Federal Parliament, Dr. Bharat Raj Gautam, the meeting has been rescheduled for 3 pm, Thursday.
