KATHMANDU: Newly-elected President Ram Chandra Paudel is scheduled to take the oath of office and secrecy on Monday.

The President’s office will hold a special ceremony for the oath on Monday at 1 pm.

Acitng Chief Justice Harikrishna Karki will administer the oath to President Paudel.

Poudel was elected president on March 9.

President Bidya Devi Bhandari’s tenure is ending today.
