Over 350 Nepalis in Israel eager to return home

KATHMANDU: More than 350 Nepali citizens in Israel have registered their names for repatriation, the Nepali Embassy in Tel Aviv, said.

The Nepali Embassy in Tel Aviv confirmed that they have received details of over 350 individuals through their online registration system, and the process for their safe return to Nepal has already commenced.

Furthermore, the Embassy reported that the health condition of four Nepali citizens, who had sustained injuries during an attack by the Hamas group, is steadily improving.

The Embassy has been actively coordinating with local and diplomatic channels, including the police and hospitals, to expedite the search for a missing Nepali student.

Meanwhile, the Embassy also announced that all 55 Nepali students working at an agricultural firm in the border region of Israel-Gaza have been successfully rescued and relocated to a secure location with the assistance of Israeli security forces.

Additionally, 72 Nepali students awaiting rescue near the northern border of Israel have been relocated to a safer place, as confirmed by the embassy.

The Nepali Embassy in Israel has continued to work diligently to ensure the safety and well-being of Nepali nationals, providing support and assistance during these challenging times.
