KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has called the newly elected members of the House of Representatives to Sheetal Niwas on Saturday.
According to Sagar Acharya, the spokesperson of the President’s office, the lawmakers are called to Sheetal Niwas at 3 pm.
President Bhandari has called the MPs of the House of Representatives to Sheetal Niwas to congratulate and wish them well.
While all the political parties are focusing on the discussion of selecting the new presidential candidate, President Bhandari called few days before her new term in office expires.
Bhandari’s term ends on March 12. The election date for the new president has been set for March 9.
