Two die in Mahendra Highway truck accident



ARGHAKHANCHI: A fatal road accident claimed two lives in Sitganga municipality on Saturday.

The incident occurred near the Rapti Bridge in Satmara on the Mahendra Highway when a truck (Na. 6Kha.) 2739 went out of control.

The driver of the truck, 31-year-old Sanjay Kumar Chaudhary from Ramgram Municipality-18, Nawalparasi Paschim, and his helper, Bhola Kurmi, lost their lives in the accident.

Police Inspector Bikram Rijal of the District Police Office confirmed that the victims succumbed to their injuries during treatment at Jenas Hospital in Butwal.
