Gold price in Nepali market drops by Rs 2,400



KATHMANDU: The price of gold in the Nepali market experienced a decline of Rs 2,400 on Tuesday, as reported by the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.

The current trading rate for the yellow metal is Rs 119,200 per tola, reflecting a Rs 2,400 reduction from the previous day’s price. Similarly, standard gold is being traded at Rs 18,650 per tola.

In tandem with the decrease in gold prices, silver has also seen a downturn on Tuesday. The current silver price stands at Rs 1,500 per tola.

It’s worth noting that a tola is equivalent to 11.66 grams.
