DAO informs public about its activities



KATHMANDU: The District Administration Office Rasuwa has started informing the service recipients about the work carried out by the office.

Accordingly, the office has published the details of works carried out in the past eight months of the current fiscal year.

During the period, the office has distributed 1,018 citizenship certificate certificates, 2,043 passports and 863 duplicate copies of citizenship certificates.

Assistant Chief District Officer Dayaram Poudel shared that 10 of the 49 cases of indecent behavior under the local administration’s jurisdiction have been decided while 39 are in the process of execution.

The work on facilitating development and construction works, ensuring safety and security for hydropower projects, and monitoring of highway maintenance works were also performed during the period.

Meanwhile, CDO Prakashchandra Adhikari has urged the service users to help improve the services by providing immediate notice about any complaints against the service provider agencies, including the DAO.
