Govt focusing on EVs: Minister Jwala

KATHMANDU: Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport Prakash Jwala has asked entrepreneurs to shift their choice to electric vehicles (EVs).

The Minister asked taxi entrepreneurs to go for EVs instead of fossil fuel-driven vehicles, which he said is the need of the hour.

Minister Jwala also asked the entrepreneurs to get ready for EVs since the government is working to draft new laws promoting EVs.

Saying that the embossed number plate should be in Nepali Devanagiri, Minister Jwala said that the entrepreneurs are required to start their journey to that track.
