Two people die Sindhupalchowk jeep accident

KATHMANDU: Two people died and six others were injured in a jeep accident near Panchkilo on Lamosanghu-Jiri road section of Sindhupalchowk district.

The jeep car (Ba 15 Ch 9370) met with an accident around two o’clock this morning.

District Police Office Sindhupalchowk said that driver Uttamraj Maharjan and Bal Bahadur Khatri of Sindhupalchok died in the accident.

The jeep reportedly fell about 300 meters below the road and the occupants were rescued by the locals.

The injured are being treated at Dhulikhel Hospital.
