Father killed, son injured in road mishap



KATHMANDU: A man has been killed while his son was injured in a road accident that took place in Tanahun on Saturday.

Ishwar Adhikari,40, a resident of Bhakunthok in Bhanu Municipality-2 died when a tractor (Ba 03-001 Ta 226) met with an accident at a road connecting Dumre, Besisahar road section.

Adhikari died during treatment at the old medical college hospital in Chitwan, Police inspector Bhanu Sharma said.

Likewise, Adhikari’s son 17-year-old Samir and 39-year-old Deepak Nepali were injured in the accident. Both are undergoing treatment at the same hospital.
