NA endorses proposal on Nepal Engineering Council (First Amendment) Bill



KATHMANDU: A session of the National Assembly today unanimously approved the proposal seeking consideration on Nepal Engineering Council (First Amendment) Bill, 2076 BS.

Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Mohammad Ishtiyak Raie had tabled the proposal seeking the upper house of the federal parliament consider the amendment to the bill by the House of Representatives.

Prior to this, National Assembly secretary Rajendra Phuyal had tabled the ‘Prison Bill, 2076 BS’ along with a message received from the House of Representatives in the National Assembly session.

Similarly, he informed the upper house session about a message on the Yogmaya Ayurveda University Bill, 2079 BS received from the House of Representatives.

This bill was passed by National Assembly and sent to the lower house along with a message.
