KATHMANDU: The government has recommended the name of advocate Dinamani Pokharel as the Attorney General.
An Attorney General is the government’s chief legal advisor.
Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda is set to appoint Pokharel as Attorney General.
The President will gave to appoint the Attorney General on the recommendation of the Prime Minister.
The country’s Chief Justice will administer the oath to the Attorney General.
